I had an extremely positive experience with Tabrizi. My husband and I had been out shopping in all of the usual places... upscale designer boutiques, budget big box stores, and everything in between. The rugs were okay, but nothing we really felt drawn to or wanted in our home.

We stopped by Tabrizi just to look; the rugs are beautiful and it's always a treat to enjoy the colours and beautiful craftsmanship of the hand-knotted rugs.

The customer service is first rate. Jeff and the rest of the staff took a great deal of time understanding what our tastes were, and finding many in our price range to look at. We ended up taking four rugs home to try, and purchasing one of them.

They were welcoming, professional; their range of knowledge is vast, and the storeis fascinating. I would go back in a heart beat.  We're very happy we stopped by 'just to look'. We should have started there and saved a lot of gas and time!
