Refund policy

If for any reason you need to return your rug within 14 days of receiving it, we will gladly accept it for a full refund, exchange, or store-credit.

Your rug must be in original "as new" condition with no signs of usage, damage, or pet hairs. All returns are subject to inspection and return approval by Tabrizi staff.

Due to the nature of these products, some items cannot be returned, such as:
- Runners or rugs that have been custom cut, binded, surged, or altered
- Underlay (underpadding) that has been opened from packaging
- Rugs that have been custom-ordered or special-ordered

A return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your rug. Returns will not be accepted until your request has been authorized by our shipping department.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

An additional restocking fee applies for returns based on the size of the rug:
Canada:
3’ x 5’ and under: $50
5' x 8' and under: $65
6' x 9' and under: $85
8' x 10' and under: $95
10' x 13' and under: $105
10' x 13' and over: $145

United States:
Shipping fees for U.S. customers returns may differ. Tabrizi will get the lowest possible shipping rate for U.S. returns and coordinate with the customer to arrange the return shipping.
