Refund Policy

We're only happy if you love your rug. If you need to return your rug within 30 days of the delivery date, we will accept it for a refund, exchange, or store-credit. Please note the restocking fee & full terms below.


Conditions:

  • Your rug must be in original "as new" condition with no signs of usage, damage, or pet hairs.
  • All returns are subject to inspection and return approval by Tabrizi staff.

Eligibility:

Some items cannot be returned, such as:

  • • Clearance rugs
  • • Rugs or runners that have been custom cut, binded, surged, or altered
  • • Rugs that have been custom-ordered or special-ordered
  • • Underlay (underpadding) that has been opened from packaging

Restocking fee:

A restocking fee applies for returns based on the size of the rug:

  • 3’ x 5’ and under: $50
  • 5' x 8' and under: $65
  • 6' x 9' and under: $85
  • 8' x 10' and under: $95
  • 10' x 13' and under: $105
  • 10' x 13' and over: $145

How to return:

  • To request a return, please contact us.
  • A return request must be made within 30 days of your rug's delivery date.
  • Returns will not be accepted until your request has been authorized by our team.
  • Please pack & protect the rug in the same way it was shipped to you. Do your best to ensure it will stay safe from any dirt & rain, which may affect your return eligibility.
  • Once the returned rugs are received, our team will inspect the rugs to confirm the condition & eligibility within 14 business days.
  • When the rugs are confirmed to be in original "as new" condition, we will issue the refund minus the restocking fee.
