We're only happy if you love your rug. If you need to return your rug within 30 days of the delivery date, we will accept it for a refund, exchange, or store-credit. Please note the restocking fee & full terms below.
Your rug must be in original "as new" condition with no signs of usage, damage, or pet hairs.
All returns are subject to inspection and return approval by Tabrizi staff.
Some items cannot be returned, such as:
• Clearance rugs
• Rugs or runners that have been custom cut, binded, surged, or altered
• Rugs that have been custom-ordered or special-ordered
• Underlay (underpadding) that has been opened from packaging
