How It Works:
1) Check out the design options below, and contact us today with the rug name or SKU.
2) We will check our availability & pricing and get back to you within 1-2 business days to confirm the details and make sure they work for you.
3) To begin production of your custom rug, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required, so we can ensure your order is woven exactly to your preferences.
4) Crafting your custom rug may take approximately 3-7 months, as each piece is carefully made by hand by our artisans overseas.
5) Once your rug is complete, international shipping may take an additional 1-2 months.
